Once payment for your order is received, we’ll send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your VistaPrint account. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page:

1. Sign in to your VistaPrint account.
2. Click My Account > Order History & Reorder.
3. All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status field to determine if your order has shipped – if so, you’ll also see the tracking number.

Don’t have a VistaPrint account?

Don’t worry! You can still look up your order:

1. Access the Find your order page.
2. Enter your email address and order number and click Continue.
3. All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status field to determine if your order has shipped – if so, you’ll also see the tracking number.
